1. How long does it take to get my articles written?
Answer: Turn around time is usually 1-5 days.
2. Do you offer refunds?
Answer: Due to the time we put in to write the articles, we do not offer refunds because you can not refund our time. If we feel we can not write on your subject for whatever reason, a full refund is given. One rewrite is offered free of charge for all work.
3. Can I put my name on the article as the author?
Answer: Yes, you have full rights and you can put your own name on the article as the author or a pen name you choose.
4. Are there any topics you won't write about?
Answer: Yes, we will not provide service for certain topics such as vulgar adult related topics or hate filled topics. And sometimes topics are too bland to come up with enough content. You might be surprised at some of the strange things people can request.
5. Can I see more samples of your work?
Answer: Of course! To see more samples, e-mail us with "Sample" in the subject line and we will send you more samples for you to examine.
6. Are your articles written by native English speakers or do you outsource to some other country?
Answer: All of our articles are written by native English speaking Americans. We are currently just a group of two American writers, working from our home computer, which is why we don't charge huge rates-no overhead costs. We have just launched our website and if we get a lot of work, we may add more quality American writers to our team.
7. How do I get discounts?
Answer: Anyone who orders more than 10 articles at a time or contracts long term work with us will get a discount from our regular prices. .
8. How do I pay?
Answer: We accept PayPal. If you do use PayPal, we will also accept checks or money order, but this will delay getting your articles.
9. How do I order?
Answer: To order custom articles, you can use the PayPal button on the website along with how many articles, how many words, and what the articles are to be about. Or Contact Us. We use E-junkie for our PLR, so you can get an instant download as soon as you purchase.
10. I want a PLR pack on a subject you don't have. Will you write one?
Answer: We are always happy to take suggestions on PLR topics. Feel free to send us your suggestions.
